There's something about sharing monthly favorites that feels like catching up with a friend. These are the products I reached for over and over again throughout July. Some are new finds, some are old favorites, but every one of them earned a spot on this list.

I have tried so many strapless bras over the years, and this is hands down the best one I've found. One thing I've been trying to be more intentional about lately is replacing mindless scrolling with things that actually make my day better. Reading a chapter before bed instead of reaching for my phone. Taking a few extra minutes to make a really good coffee. Refreshing a corner of my home with one simple update instead of feeling like I need to redecorate everything. It's a good reminder that you don't always need a big change. Sometimes it's the little things that end up making the biggest difference.
